But, if you happen to be one of the people who do tune in week after week to see what kinds of crimes that team can solves then you’ll know there’s a hidden gem of in the midst. That’s why this week we want you to get to know “CM” star Matthew Gray Gubler as our Hump Day Hottie.

Why you should take notice of him now: Well, the new season of “Criminal Minds” is underway and it seems that Dr. Spencer Reid, who he calls the “damsel in distress” of the show, will be sitting a lot this season thanks to his injury. Not that that means he’ll be gun slinging any less. He already shot a man in the first episode. “I have the best aim. I think every bullet I’ve fired has been a direct aim,” he said of skills.
