That’s why this week we want you to get to know “CM” star Matthew Gray Gubler as our Hump Day Hottie.

Why you should take notice of him now: Well, the new season of “Criminal Minds” is underway and it seems that Dr. Spencer Reid, who he calls the “damsel in distress” of the show, will be sitting a lot this season thanks to his injury. Not that that means he’ll be gun slinging any less. He already shot a man in the first episode. “I have the best aim. I think every bullet I’ve fired has been a direct aim,” he said of skills.
